How do I add a "note" to my order?
In the cart, you will find the "add a note" section where you can write an additional message for the warehouse. It is important to note that this note will not be printed on the package, but will only be delivered to our internal team.
Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
Yes, you can do so by writing to shop@lzo.beer specifying your name and order number. However, please note that once the goods are taken over by the courier, it will no longer be possible for us to change the shipping address.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €40.00.
For the Islands (Sicily and Sardinia), a fixed shipping fee of €5.00 is always applied.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving payment; however, we strive to process orders on the same day.
Once we ship the order, you will receive a notification.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number that can be used to check the status. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours.
If you don't receive the order within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at shop@lzo.beer, providing your name and order number, and we will proceed with the necessary checks.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The shipping and delivery times for products entrusted to the courier range from 1 to 3 business days.
Deliveries are subject to changes that cannot be determined during holidays, sudden or planned strike actions by the carriers, issues in the courier's handling of the shipment, or significant weather phenomena.
Who will deliver my order?
The management of shipments is entrusted to external couriers, in our case GLS.
COLLECTION ON SITE
You can avoid shipping costs with free local pickup at our location. Once you place your order and select local pickup during checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup starting the third business day after your order.
Our in-store collection hours are 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday.
